Important Information for Your Reservation
**Check-in and Check-out**
Check-in: from 2 PM
Check-out: until 12 PM
**Reservation Guarantee**
*Reservations made more than 5 days prior to check-in: the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged up to 5 days before arrival. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the hotel reception.
*Reservations made less than 5 days prior to check-in: payment made at reception upon arrival.
*New Year's Eve (December 31st): 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged up to 30 days before check-in.
Fortaleza Period reservations: 50% will be charged at the time of booking, the remainder up to 30 days before check-in, after which it is non-refundable.
**Payment Methods**
- We accept credit cards in up to 6 installments without interest.
- We do not accept third-party cards.
- We do not accept checks.
- We do not charge a service fee.
**Cancellation and No-Show Policy**
No-show:
- For guaranteed reservations, one night's fee will be charged.
- For the New Year's period, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
- For the FORTAL period, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Cancellations/Changes:
- Except New Year's Eve: up to 5 days before check-in.
- New Year's Eve: up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, there is no refund.
- FORTAL reservations up to 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Early departure: no refund.
**Children and Adolescents Policy**
- One child up to 7 years old, staying in the same apartment as their parents (in double or triple occupancy), stays free of charge, using existing beds. We do not guarantee extra beds.
- According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90, arts. 82 and 250): it is prohibited to accommodate minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians. It is necessary to present an identity document or birth certificate at check-in.
**Parking (subject to availability)**
