Reservation Guarantee:
After payment of the first night, the reservation will be confirmed. The reservation guarantee will be charged 7 days after the reservation is made.
If there is a need to make any changes to the reservation, the customer must communicate it in writing (via email) to the Hotel Reservations Center, and changes or cancellations by telephone are not accepted. Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to charges in accordance with the conditions described in the cancellation and general policies.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation:
Cancellation of reservations must be requested via email ([email protected]) and cancellations or changes requested by telephone are not accepted.
Considering the arrival date (Check In);
• If cancellation is made more than 10 (ten) days in advance, the amount already paid in full will be refunded, excluding only administrative fees.
• For cancellations within a period of less than 10 (ten) days (nine days or less) THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
