- 100% of the total reservation will be debited 7 days after the request is made. Reservation with full guarantee - cannot be canceled or changed. There will be no refund in case of no-show. - Reservations requested for payment by bank deposit must be paid, in full, within 7 days after the reservation request. If payment is not made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- In the case of billing, we require an irrevocable guarantee.

The bank deposit must be made up to 3 days before the check-in date. If this does not happen, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

- During periods of: New Year's Eve, Carnival, Parade of Champions, Major Events and pre-defined periods, cancellations will not be accepted. The full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be possible.

On other dates:

- If canceled up to 2 days before check-in date: no penalty will be charged.

- If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
