There will be no refund in case of cancellation, change or no-show on the day of check-in.
In case of early departure during accommodation, there will be no refund of unused nights or credit.
If canceled or modified up to 15 days before check-in, refund of the amount paid. After this period, 30% of the amount paid will be charged as a penalty and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Booking with automatic no-show guarantee.
Specifically, in the case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (there will be no refund or use of credit for another reservation).
In the case of a refund, an 8.5% fee will be deducted for administrative expenses with the credit card, except when there is the possibility of canceling the debt.
