Payment by credit card:
It is mandatory to enter your credit card details so that the pre-authorization operation can be carried out and your reservation is confirmed within the parameters established in the general conditions, with full payment of your accommodation expenses being settled at the time of your check-in. out;
If the customer chooses another form of payment, they must contact the Pousada by email: [email protected] or by phone 12-3663-1736 for further discussions.
Cancellation Policies
The cancellation policy for reservations with a full refund of the initial deposit or cancellation of the credit card operation and/or refund of the corresponding amount will only be given in cases where the request occurs more than 7 days before check-in and in otherwise the amount will be considered as compensation for the non-sale of the reserved unit(s).
