Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After placing the reservation order, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged, and the remaining balance must be paid upon check-in (arrival at the hotel).

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation or no-show, the cancellation policy according to the reserved period will apply.

Before confirming your reservation, we recommend that you consider the risks of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the associated government measures.

Your cancellation and/or period change request will be processed based on the policy below.

If applicable, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellations are only valid if communicated in writing.

Advance reservations are a commitment between the parties, and their breach by one of them will imply a penalty of 50% of the accommodation value for reimbursement to the other. The rules and reimbursement amounts specified below are valid for cancellations by both the hotel and the guest.

Thus, according to general legal regulations and, in particular, the provisions of Embratur and the Consumer Protection Code, reservation cancellation will be subject to fees and penalties according to the following conditions:

- Withdrawal after check-in/Early check-out - Withdrawal from the stay after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, reimbursement in cash or credit for new days, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.

- Cancellation or Transfer of Period - Mid and Low Season: (March 1st to December 9th)
- Up to 15 days in advance - no cost
- Less than 15 days in advance of the scheduled start date of the stay, there will be no refund.

- Cancellation or Transfer of Period - High Season: (December 10th to February 28th)
- Up to 20 days in advance - no cost.

- Less than 20 days before the scheduled start date of the stay, no refund will be given.

- Special Packages (New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter and Holidays)
- Up to two months in advance – no cost.

- Up to 20 days in advance - 50% of the total deposited.

- Less than 20 days before the scheduled start date of the stay, no refund will be given.

In case of partial cancellation of the contracted days and/or if the client is already at the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, either in cash or credit for accommodation.

- Exceeded check-out time: The Hotel reserves the right to store the guest's belongings in the presence of the Housekeeper or assistant, to accommodate them in a safe place, freeing up the room for the next guest. Alternatively, if available, the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional half-day.

- NO SHOW

No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the reserved check-in date. The apartment will be available for 24 hours.

After this period, we will consider the reservation canceled and will follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy (cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will be subject to a cancellation policy).

For any belongings forgotten or left in the Suites, the Hotel will give a period of 6 months for collection from the guest's departure date.

After this period, if the client does not claim the items, they will be donated.
