Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepayment of 100% of the total amount is required via credit card via the website or bank deposit. Payment of any amount via credit card can be paid in 4 installments, with a minimum installment of R$500.00. Payment at the hotel can be made via debit/credit card or cash. We do not accept payment by check.

Non-refundable rates (no cancellation allowed) apply to long holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.) and special hotel programs (Gastronomic Festivals, etc.).
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 30 days before accommodation, except in refundable periods. If cancellation is made within the 30-day period, the full reservation fine will be charged.
1. Within 30 (thirty) days of the check-in date: a fine of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation amount will be charged. The balance may be used as credit for the next stay or the refund will be made within 30 (thirty) business days.
2. Requests for cancellation or transfer of the reservation date made less than 7 (seven) days before check-in will not be accepted, as the entire reservation will be charged.
3. No-shows or early departures will be charged the entire reservation amount, with no right to refund.
4. In case of rescheduling (maximum of 2 reschedulings), the same period of the original reservation must be observed. That is, if the reservation was for a weekend, it will be rescheduled for another weekend; if it was for a weekday, it will only be possible to reschedule for a weekday.
5. It will not be possible to reschedule for the following situations: long weekends (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter, etc.) and special city events (Gastronomic Festival, Film Festival, etc.).
6. Alternatively, a credit letter may be generated as the amount for rescheduling, following the rules presented in paragraphs 5 and 6.
7. Cancellation of promotional rates: for promotional rates, it will not be possible to cancel or reschedule the reservation, since a promotion is held for a specific period. Therefore, if the reservation is canceled, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
