Cancellation Policies
Requests for cancellations or amendments must be made to check in with at least 15 days so that we can make the refund in advance
* If the cancellation or the transfer does not satisfy these conditions will be charged on the value of the advance ticket (in warranty)
* Early departure (for when you are already at the Inn): in any booking, whether or not package will be charged the total amount of the stay and there will be no return values.
"No Show" policy: reservations with guarantee of "No Show" (advance payment), without cancellation in the terms described above, will be kept in the system until the 12:00 hs the day following guest check-in. After this time the same shall be cancelled automatically.
