Voluntary withdrawal by the passenger must be formalized in writing, in compliance with deadlines and penalties.  Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the trip, fine of 01 night and refund of the remainder of the advance payment;  between 59 and 30 days, fine of 02 nights + taxes, and refund of the remainder of the deposited amount or the deposited amount without discounts will be credited (validity of 12 months with updated rate);  less than 30 days or in cases of no show, there will be no refund. Pousada Beco de Noronha is not responsible if adverse situations arise with your air (eg: anticipation of date, cancellation, flight capacity, weather and other situations that do not concern accommodation).
