*Guests must present a photo of the card upon check-in to prove ownership.

On other dates:

100% at the time of booking confirmation by bank deposit or credit card at a distance (authorization required). We do not get checks.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations: A fine of 100% of the reservation amount is charged. No Show (No show at the Hotel on the day of the reservation): For No Show cases, the cancellation rules apply. The conditions of Cancellations or No Show may be modified during special periods (Christmas, New Year, etc.). In case of no show the reservation is considered to be automatically canceled.
