For PRIVATE reservations/HOTEL WEBSITE/BOOKING.COM:
The full amount of the stay will be charged immediately after the reservation is completed. Interest-free installments will only be made for cards issued in Brazil.
To ensure the security of our guests, and always in accordance with the guidance of our digital security team, we do not accept third-party cards. The card used to pay for the daily rates must be owned by one of the guests and will be requested at check-in. This physical presentation of the card is absolutely necessary. If the holder of the document does not stay at the hotel, or if the card presented is not the same (even if it belongs to the holder of the reservation), a new payment will be requested, with a new physical card, and the previous payment will be refunded.

For reservations made by AGENCIES/OPERATORS:
• In HIGH SEASON (CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR/JANUARY/FEBRUARY, MARCH/JULY AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS): Payment of the total amount of the reservation will be requested by our finance department up to 30 (THIRTY) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN for each reservation.
• In LOW SEASON: Payment of the total amount of the reservation will be requested by our finance department up to 7 (SEVEN) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN for each reservation.
An INVOICE/BILL or bank details will be sent, due 30 or 7 days before CHECK IN, depending on the season.

**** In case of NON-PAYMENT of the reservation amount, we will contact you to arrange cancellation of the reservation.

Reservations made in periods of HIGH / LOW season reservations can be canceled 30 days before check-in.

If you have made the reservation after the cancellation deadline, you will have up to 48 hours after booking confirmation to make the cancellation free of charge, after which we will follow the COST cancellation policy.
Regarding payment: 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the ACT of booking confirmation.
The full price of the accommodation will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation | Interest-free installments (only for cards issued in Brazil) | We DO NOT accept third-party cards | The card used for daily payment will be requested at check-in | If the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, a new payment with a physical card will be requested and the previous payment will be reversed.

The check - in (entry) time will be from 4:00 pm and check - out (departure) at 12:00 pm (noon) when we will have the end of the daily rate.

Dead line 30 days before check in for cancellation free of charge for reservations for (High Season: December/January/February & March and holidays(Carnival; Semana Santa,..., etc.) & CASA VILLAGE;

other periods (EXCEPT high season/holidays & CASA VILLAGE)
Dead line 14 days prior to check in. We emphasize that this is the deadline for cancellations free of charge.

In case of OUT OF TERM or NO SHOW cancellation: We will charge 100% of the reservation amount for the entire period booked.


Important: We request special attention to the procedure for accommodation in Hotels and Resorts, according to Law No. 12.010 of July 29, 2009, identification documents will be requested upon check-in at the Hotel for everyone with children from 0 to 18 years old , no exception.

Reservations made during LOW season, reservations may be canceled 30 days before Check in for CASA VILLAGE/ BANGALO LUXO & BANGALO SUPER LUXO.

In case of cancellation OUTSIDE THE DEADLINE or NO SHOW: We will charge 100% of the reservation value for the entire reserved period.

If you have made a reservation outside the cancellation deadline, you will have up to 48 hours after confirming your reservation to cancel at no cost, after which we will follow the CHARGE cancellation policy.

Regarding payment: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
