Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 100% of the reservation value must be made, which can be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments. We accept credit cards: Visa, Master and Amex. The amount will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
On other dates:

We charge a 10% Service Tax on extra consumption, only in the inn's restaurant.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy (EMBRATUR Normative Resolution 161/95):
I - For reservation cancellation requests, the following policy will be adopted, depending on the number of days prior to the guest's scheduled check-in date:
a) less than 15 days, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded;
b) between 16 and 30 days, the amount equivalent to 50% of the advance will be returned;
c) greater than 30 days, the amount equivalent to 90% of the advance will be returned
