Up to 15 days – refund without penalty for cancellation or change
From 14 to 00 days – 14 days or no-show or early departure, full charge for the total cost of accommodation.
General Policy
• Rates may change without prior notice;
• We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age;
• January, we will accept reservations with a minimum of 3 consecutive nights;
• For the honeymoon couple to find their room prepared with our pleasant surprises, it is necessary to send the wedding invitation via email at least 3 days before check-in;
• We accommodate a maximum of 3 people per apartment and we do not make exceptions; Triple room consists of a double bed and a single bed.
• We require a no-show guarantee.
• Cancellation policy:
* Low Season - If canceled up to 72 hours before check-in, we will refund the deposit minus 5% bank fees. Up to 25 hours before check-in, the guest will receive full credit for the deposit at the inn. Less than 24 hours before check-in, the guest loses a night's stay and keeps the remaining credit at the inn.
* Holidays and High Season - For the periods from 15/Dec to 01/Mar, July, and holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Holy Week, Tiradentes, Worker, Corpus Christi, Independence, Children's Day, All Souls' Day and other holidays, We will charge the full price of the package if there is a no-show or cancellation after 10 days before check-in.
