- Up to 30 days before check-in: retention of 1 night per reserved room
- Between 29 and 15 days: 50% retention
- Less than 14 days: non-refundable

- In case of no-show: full charge of the reservation.

- Up to 15 business days, depending on the payment method.

*Use of Sound: The use of any type of sound equipment (speakers or musical instruments) in the hotel's social areas is not permitted, under penalty of a daily fine of R$400.00 (four hundred reais).

*Check-in Policy: Due to the requirements of Decree nº 6,022, of January 22, 2007, and Regulation - RFB nº 1,052, of July 2010, to carry out check-in it is necessary that the following data from the check-in form accommodation must be filled out appropriately by the guest: full name, CPF (passport in the case of foreigners), full address, zip code, telephone number with area code and email.

*No Show Policy: Failure to show up on the day of check-in will result in payment of the stipulated fine of 01 (one) daily rate, except for periods of Holidays, Carnival, New Year's Eve and High Season, for which a fine will be charged. for the full period of the reservation.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 14,046/20, as amended by Federal Law No. 14,186/21, which will take effect until 12/31/2023, in cases of changes or cancellations of reservations by guests due to the Covid-19 pandemic , there will be no additional fee charged, as long as guests present supporting documents, capable of complying with the requirements of the aforementioned Law. In these specific cases, the company reserves the right to grant letters of credit to guests, in the amounts paid initially for reservations, with a term of use until 12/31/2023.

It is the obligation of guests to comply with the company's rules, which is why they are, from now on, invited not to smoke in the internal areas of the establishment, as well as not to disturb the right to rest and silence of other guests. Guests must also behave respectfully towards the company's staff and other customers. If any of the conduct adopted by the company is not complied with by guests, the reservation may be compulsorily canceled, without the right to a refund. The violating guest may be asked to leave the company's premises.
