Cancellation Policies
Requests to change or cancel reservations must be requested via email [email protected] or made directly on the omnibees platform.
Return of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid for cancellations or changes up to 7 (seven) days after the first payment (Art. 49 - Consumer Protection Code). Afterwards, a fine will be charged based on the reservation period:
For Low Season (other periods that do not correspond to high season, February to June, September to December, except holidays and commemorative dates):
Up to 7 (seven) days after the first payment, there is no fine charged;
Less than 7 (seven) days before arrival (check-in), non-show (no-show) or request for cancellation/return beyond 7 days after the first payment, a fine of 01 (one) will be charged. daily.
For rates under special conditions, consumers should consult the specific rules of the promotion. Examples: Consumer Week, Black Friday, etc...
In accordance with Federal Law No. 14,046/20, as amended by Federal Law No. 14,186/21, which will take effect until 12/31/2023, in cases of changes or cancellations of reservations by guests due to the Covid-19 pandemic , there will be no additional fee charged, as long as guests present supporting documents, capable of complying with the requirements of the aforementioned Law. In these specific cases, the company reserves the right to grant letters of credit to guests, in the amounts paid initially for reservations, with a term of use until 12/31/2023.
