Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To obtain the non-refundable rate discount, 50% of the total accommodation cost must be paid in advance. Payment will be made by credit card or via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system) as agreed with the reservations department representative.
Cancellation Policies
The reservation can be canceled up to 7 days from the date of reservation.
- Hotel reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 20% of the total value of the reservation in order to refund the amount within the cancellation period.
- For cancellations of reservations after the deadline, the total cost of accommodation will be charged as a fine and will not be refunded.
