Cancellation Policies 
• If canceled 7 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged;
• If canceled later, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged;
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
January, holiday periods, carnival:
• If canceled 15 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged;
• If canceled later, 70% of the total reservation price will be charged;
• In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY:
Reservations can only be changed between periods within the same period stipulated for cancellations. After the deadline, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.
