Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy: free cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Value corresponding to 1 (one) night if cancellation is informed on the day of check-in.
In case of cancellation of paid reservations, reimbursement will be in the form of a letter of credit.
- In case of early departure, all daily rates contracted by the guest/company will be charged.
