Payment for packages must be 100% in advance.
Credit card payments can be paid up to 6 times, up to 3 times a reduced rate and up to 6 times a full rate. Minimum of the amount for installment of R $ 500.00 (five hundred reais).

Payment can be made by credit card or bank deposit.
To receive confirmation of your reservation request, you need to send proof of payment to [email protected]
The reservation will only be confirmed after the confirmation email sent by our Reservation Department.
If you do not receive confirmation of the reservation by email within 72 hours after the reservation request, please contact the Hotel by email [email protected] or call the telephone number (55-21) 3418-9100.

Cancellation Policies

For cancellation with up to 30 days before check-in: return of 70% of the package value. For cancellation with up to 20 days before check-in: 50% refund of package value. After this deadline, there will be no refund of the value of the package paid.
On other dates:
In case of cancellation of guaranteed reservation, the return will be made by bank deposit in current account informed by the client by email.
After 72 hours before check-in, the hotel will be charged for one night rate, such as No-Show (non-show).
The request for cancellation must be made at the hotel reservations department, observing the minimum term of 72 hours before check-in, by email [email protected] or by telephone (55-21) 3418-9100.
* During periods of high occupancy, prolonged holidays and closed packages with differentiated rates, specific rules will be established for payments, cancellations and reservations guarantees.
