Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Deposit to secure the reservation must be made with up to 72 hours, otherwise the booking will be canceled in SEASON LOW periods of the deposit should be equivalent to DAILY FIRST, and the remaining amount must be paid at time of check-in, in periods of HIGH SEASON like NEW YEAR, JANUARY JULY and should be equivalent to the total amount of the stay.
For operators of HoteisNet pool, billed payment up to 20 days after check out, approved registration. If the operator has not joined with the hotel, will be requested pre-payment for confirmation of booking. From the second pre-paid reservation, it will be possible to release records for billing.
Cancellation Policies

On other dates:Cancellations must be made with 05 days in advance, if canceled after the deadline or no show (no show) will be charged the first night.
