Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For individual reservations, billed in 20 days after check-out upon registration approved. For groups (more than 12 apartments), terms to combine.
If the operator does not have a criminal record, will be approved prompted pre-payment of booking for confirmation.
No-show policy: the first night will be charged for bookings during busy periods and low seasons. For high season periods and New Year's Eve and Carnival packages, you will be charged for the entire period, that is, the full cost of accommodation.
