Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total value of reserved daily, with a credit card.
* With the 100% payment of the total value of credit card rates may be parceled up into 3 x without interest.
* The balance of the day, extra expenses and fees shall be paid by the guest at check-out.
There will be no refund of the deposit, the balance (when it exists) will be available as credit for future hosting and this teva validity until 12/31/2015. After that date, the credit will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation Policies
Requests for cancellation or changes should be forwarded by written, directly to the reservations by email [email protected]
Until 30 days before the arrival: 10% of the ticket value of integral reserve.
Up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the ticket value of integral reserve.
Less than 15 days of arrival: 100% of the ticket value of integral reserve.
