To reschedule, the main guest will need to inform a maximum of 48 hours in advance before the check-in date, obeying the following rules: 1_ Free rescheduling will not be accepted for periods different from the initially contracted reservation (holidays, packages, high season). 2_ If the guest wishes to reschedule the reservation for a period where there are changes in rates, they are responsible for paying the difference. 3_If the main guest wishes to change the ownership of their rescheduled reservation, it will be permitted upon request in advance by email and formalized by filling out a change of ownership form, which must be sent by Hotel Morro de São Paulo. 4_ The maximum period for rescheduling will be up to 6 months (following all pre-established rules for rescheduling), which can be changed in agreement with the reservation center if necessary.
