General Reservation Cancellation Policies:
For all contracted reservations (online, by email, WhatsApp, or telephone, where the inn is solely responsible for charging the amount paid by the guest, via credit card, or debit card from any brand), the deadline for cancellation with a full refund of the amount paid, without fines or interest, according to consumer legal standards, within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we will not be obliged to establish this flexibility, and it must be considered in the individual purchasing policy of each reservation.
Reservations contracted directly with the inn, subject to payment by bank deposit, according to consumer legal standards, are up to 7 days after purchase, however, refund conditions may vary between 10 to 15 days after the cancellation request. spare.
CORONA VIRUS Cancellation Policies:
Taking into account the hypothesis of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure provided for in the Civil Code (art. 393), in this case the corona virus pandemic, more flexible policies are being adopted (while the Pandemic lasts).
Flexibility refers to the right to cancel with rescheduled dates, for any reservation changed due to any factor corresponding to the CORONA VIRUS pandemic, regardless of the policy present at the time of purchase.
To reschedule, the main guest will need to inform a maximum of 48 hours in advance before the check-in date, obeying the following rules:
1_ Free rescheduling will not be accepted for periods different from the initially contracted reservation (holidays, packages, high season).
2_ If the guest wishes to reschedule the reservation for a period where there are changes in rates, they are responsible for paying the difference.
3_If the main guest wishes to change the ownership of their rescheduled reservation, it will be permitted upon request in advance by email and formalized by filling out a change of ownership form, which must be sent by Hotel Morro de São Paulo.
4_ The maximum period for rescheduling will be up to 6 months (following all pre-established rules for rescheduling), which can be changed in agreement with the reservation center if necessary.
