Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Full payment of the daily rates must be made at check-in. However, it is necessary to provide your card details at the time of booking to guarantee NO SHOW and Cancellation.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
- the credit card MUST be held by one of the guests, and they must present it at the time of check-in for the conference. If it is not presented, we will refund it and request a new payment method adding the appropriate charges.
IMPORTANT: You must inform your CPF or CNPJ to issue the Invoice.
Cancellation Policies

Cancellation allowed up to 14 days before check-in. After this date the fine is 100% of the reservation value.

NO FINE CANCELLATION UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. CANCELLING AFTER THE DEADLINE OR IN THE EVENT OF A NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FIRST DAILY RATE.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/30/2025 - 1/3/2026NO FINE CANCELLATION UP TO 21 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. CANCELLING AFTER THE DEADLINE OR IN THE EVENT OF A NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION
On other dates:
CANCELLATION WITHOUT FINE UP TO 72HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
THE FIRST DAY WILL BE CHARGED AT THE SHOW
