Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We request the guest/agency's credit card details to guarantee in case of a No Show so that payment is made at the time of check in or if the reservation comes from a registered agency we bill the accommodation, the payment term is 14 days.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be canceled / modified free of charge up to two days before the arrival date. The customer must pay the price of the first night if they cancel or modify the reservation within two days of the arrival date.
