Cancellation Policies
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days before arrival, paying an administrative fee of 5% of the reservation value. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a fine of the amount of the first night will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, the guest must pay the total price of the reservation.
