Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate. This rate does not allow changes or cancellations.
Withdrawal without cancellation - No Show:
Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled date, will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the check in time (2 pm). After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with the full amount charged).
Withdrawal after entry:
Canceling your stay upon arrival or after entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or letter of credit for new nights, resulting in the full charge for the nights provided for in the reservation. .
