Deposit / Guarantee Policies
For the guarantee and security of the process, payment via PIX must be made at the time of purchase, online. This will ensure your reservation is properly guaranteed.
After completing the reservation, a QR Code or PIX code will be provided for online payment.
We do not accept payments on behalf of third parties.
In case of cancellation within the stipulated period, the refund will be processed as follows:
• Transaction via PIX: refund within 10 (ten) business days.
Cancellation Policies
Low Season (March to June / August to December) - Cancellation without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in date.
High Season (January, February, July and Holidays) – Cancellation without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in date.
Special Packages (Christmas / New Year's Eve – 12/20/2026 to 01/03/2027 and 12/19/2027 to 01/03/2028; Carnival – 02/13/2026 to 02/18/2026 and 02/05/2027 to 02/10/2027) – Cancellation without penalty up to 60 days prior to check-in date.
If cancellation is not made within the established deadline, a penalty will be applied as follows:
High, Low season and holidays: referring to the first night's stay;
Special packages: total reservation value.
In case of no-show (guest's failure to appear on the check-in day), a penalty corresponding to the full value of the reserved period will be charged.
