Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To invoice daily rates, the company must have an approved registration with the hotel.
For registration analysis, we request that you send the company's registration data by email along with a copy of the last amendment to the articles of incorporation.
Billing for up to 20 days after check-out, subject to hotel approval.
For reservations made via credit card payment, we inform you that payment can be made at any time after the reservation has been made.
For pre-payment reservations, we request that the company contact the hotel requesting payment details (bank deposit).

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, there is no charge. No-show and cancellation after the deadline will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date. Cancellations after the deadline or no-show will be charged the amount of one night.
On other dates:Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of no-show or cancellation outside this period, a fine equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged.
