Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservation payment policy:
Reservations made directly through the Reservations Center: After confirmation of the Reservation, there is a 48-hour period to pay 30% in Low Season, the remaining 70% is paid at check-in.
In High Season (July, 1st Half of December to January 30th, Carnival and Holidays) 50% in up to 48 hours and the other 50% paid at check-in.
Low Season
- Period from February 1st to December 19th, excluding holiday periods and July.
- Full payment must be made up to sixteen days before the check-in date.
High Season, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival
- Period January and holiday periods and July, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival
- Full payment must be made up to thirty days before the check-in date;
*Deadline - After this date, if payment is not confirmed, your pre-reservation will be automatically canceled by the system.

Purchases made with a credit card must be presented with the card used for the purchase at check-in and sign the purchase acknowledgment form.
Purchases made using third-party credit cards must be sent to the email [email protected] for the card holder to sign the authorization form.
Deposit/Transfer:
Prepayment of 30% of the total reservation value will be requested for confirmation, via bank deposit, transfer or PIX. Prepayment must be made when requesting a reservation and proof must be sent to the email [email protected]. The rest of the payment can be made at Check-in. Bank data:
