Full prepayment can be processed anytime after booking. If payment is not authorized, an email will be sent informing and requesting payment. If there is no return within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In case of credit card, the cardholder must be a guest of the reservation and need to physically present the card along with the document at check-in

Reservations do not allow cancellation and / or changes. No refund or letter of credit.

"NO SHOW": The 1st night will be charged in case of no-show, for reservations with a refundable rate policy.


"NO SHOW": The full amount of accommodation will be charged for reservations with a non-refundable rate policy.


Group Bookings:- Exclusively for individual reservations (up to 9 rooms), all with the name of the main guest informed - Reservations without the name of the guests made as a block will not be accepted, and can be freely canceled by the hotel; - Guest name changes will not be accepted; - Group Bookings: We consider from 10 rooms. - For requests from 10 rooms, please contact the responsible department, by phone or e-mail: [email protected] - If we identify these reservations, even if separated, they will be subject to cancellation by the hotel, and application of different conditions;


Other Policies:


Early Check-in Policy:
- Charge of half a day for early check in, from 10 am, subject to Hotel availability.
- Before this time, it will be necessary to book 01 night from the day before (pre-registration).


Late Checkout Policy:
- Charge for half a day for check out until 6pm, subject to Hotel availability.
- After this time, the value of 01 night will be charged in full.
. The hotel does not have an extra bed.
. CHD policy: courtesy of 1 child up to 8 years old accompanied by their parents or legal guardian (we can place a crib upon availability).




We accept pets under the conditions below:

- The vaccination card must be presented and have all the vaccinations up to date, as a condition to check-in at the Hotel.

- The liability waiver must be signed personally during check-in.

- The PET is not allowed to be alone in the room and also cannot go to public areas of the hotel such as hallways, penthouse, swimming pool, sauna, etc.

- 1 pet per room and with a maximum limit of 15kg (dog or cat)

By purchasing this package, the Hotel will make the following items available for use during your stay:

*1 padded bed to sleep

*1 food and water trough

*1 dog toilet mat per day
or 1 cat litter box.

*1 special plastic bag for disposing of organic waste, the responsibility of the guest.

- Cost R$ 75.90 per day.

- The additional hygienic mat costs R$ 11 per day (taxes included).
