Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount will be charged. We will only confirm reservations where card and reservation ownership are identical; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. Upon check-in, you must present the card used to make the purchase, along with an identification document. During New Year's Eve and Carnival periods, only full payment in advance. Non-refundable rate. New Year's Eve Package: Reservations guaranteed only with a deposit of 100% of the total nightly rate after confirmation of availability. Check in: 2:00 pm Checkout: 12:00 pm -1 child under 7 years old: will be accommodated free of charge, in the same bed as their parents.
