Prepayment up to 30 days before check-in via bank deposit, according to the deadline set for each request by the reservations department.
Cancellation Policies
7/1/2026 - 7/31/2026
Cancellations made up to 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made after 30 days and in the event of a no-show will incur a full charge.
High season periods:
- January 1st to 31st (January Holidays)
- February 1st to 29th (including Carnival)
- July 1st to 31st (July Holidays)
- December 20th to January 3rd (Christmas and New Year's Eve)

8/1/2026 - 12/19/2026
Cancellations made up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to check-in will not incur a penalty. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or a no-show, Enotel Porto de Galinhas will charge one (1) night's stay for each reservation.

- March 1 to June 30
- August 1 to December 19
