Cancellation/Change Policy: • Law No. 16,559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112; • Charge of a fine of 50% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date; • Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date; • For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied; • If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged; • For reservations that cover national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, (i) a fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance the check-in date; and, (ii) fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date. • For payments made by credit card, in case of cancellation after 90 days of the transaction made, an administrative fee of 3.80% (administrative fees) will be charged on the total amount. Payment methods The full cost of accommodation will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation | Interest-free installments (only for cards issued in Brazil) | We DO NOT accept third party cards | The card used to pay the daily rates will be requested at the time of check in | If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment will be requested with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed.
