Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee the reservation, we request full payment in advance, via deposit, pix or credit card. In case of no-show, we will charge the full amount of the reserved package.
Cancellation Policies
1. Reservation Billing/Cancellation Policies
All promotional reservations will be charged immediately after confirmation. The Hotel will charge for this reservation at any time after the reservation is made.
2. Changes and Cancellations
In the event of changes or cancellations up to 7 days after the reservation is made, the full amount will be refunded in accordance with the CDC.
After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded, but converted into credit for future use. This credit is valid for 180 days (6 months) from the original reservation date. Rebooking is subject to the Hotel's availability, with the need to observe holiday periods and high season. There may be adjustments to the daily rates, either upwards or downwards, depending on the new date chosen. In the event of changes or cancellations, a new reservation must be made.
3. Cancellation after the Deadline and No-Show:
For reservations not canceled or canceled after the stipulated deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (considered a no-show). Cancellations due to weather conditions will not be accepted.
4. Low Season
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the CHECK-IN date will not incur a fine. After this period, the amount of the first daily rate calculated by the average of the daily rates for the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Periods of stay considered low season: from February 1st to December 15th, except January, July, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter and all other holidays.
After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded. One night will be retained as a penalty for no-show, and the remaining amount will be converted into credit for future use.

a. Late Cancellation and No-Show
For reservations that are not cancelled or cancelled after the stipulated deadline, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (considered a no-show). Cancellations due to weather conditions will not be accepted.
b. High Season (JANUARY AND JULY) HOLIDAY, EVENT AND FESTIVITY PACKAGES:
For cancellations requested more than 30 days before check-in, a credit letter for 95% of the total purchase will be issued (5% fine for administrative fees).
In the case of cancellations requested less than 30 days and more than 72 hours before check-in, a credit letter for 50% of the purchase amount will be issued.
For reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, there will be no refund.
Refunds to credit cards will be requested within 72 business hours after the cancellation is formalized, but will be subject to the card operator's policy.
