Cancellation Policies
For reservations made under the FLEXIBLE RATE, it is possible to cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 30 days before check-in, subject to availability and current rates for the new period. The amount already paid can be used in full as credit for the new reservation and, if the new rate is lower, the difference can be kept as credit for future use (valid for 1 year from the original check-in date) or refunded, subject to a 20% penalty for administrative expenses. Changes to dates, room category or accommodation composition may result in rate differences and are subject to availability. Requests should be sent to [email protected] or [email protected].
If the guest prefers a refund instead of rescheduling under the above conditions, a 20% penalty will be applied to the total amount paid. After the 30-day period prior to check-in, cancellations, changes, or refund requests will be subject to full charge of the reservation, with no possibility of credit or refund.
In case of no-show, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged during low season periods. During high season and national holidays, the total reservation amount will be charged. High season is considered to be the months of January, February, March, July, and December.
