Cancellations will be considered free of charge as long as they are made within 7 days of making the reservation. Cancellations after the deadline will be subject to a full period charge. Early departures: a fine will apply. Cases such as illness and special situations must be communicated to management and will be analyzed exceptionally.
On other dates:Cancellations will be considered free of charge as long as they are made within 30 days before check in, after this period the first night will be charged without refund as a No Show Guarantee. Holidays and Packages have a cancellation period of 30 days before the check-in date; Cancellations after the deadline will be subject to a daily fine and for packages/holidays the full period will be charged. Early departures: a fine will apply. Cases such as illness and special situations must be communicated to management and will be analyzed exceptionally.
