Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We request the pre- payment of the 1st daily for confirmation of reservations made through the website of the hotel through the provided credit card . For holidays / package periods we charge 50 % of the total amount.
We accept credit cards Mastercard , Visa and Diners Club. We have carried out the debit 3 days before arrival the reservation . The balance will be charged at check -in.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations will be considered free of charge as long as they are made within 7 days of making the reservation. Cancellations after the deadline will be subject to a full period charge. Early departures: a fine will apply. Cases such as illness and special situations must be communicated to management and will be analyzed exceptionally.
