Prices are guaranteed only upon confirmed reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment, which can be made via bank transfer (PIX) or credit card (we accept all major brands).
Inquire about the possibility of installment payments for the reservation amount on your credit card.
Our packages and daily rates are sold only in full for the selected period. In case of early check-out, there will be no refund for unused days.
Failure to arrive by 10:00 AM the day after the scheduled check-in, without prior notice to the hotel, will result in a "no-show," with automatic cancellation of the reservation, without the right to rescheduling or refund.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or change requests will only be considered valid if sent in writing to the email: [email protected].
Cancellations made up to 15 days before the check-in date:
A 90% refund of the amount paid will be issued, rescheduling without penalty, or a credit note for 100% of the value will be issued for use within 180 days from the cancellation date, subject to availability.
This does not apply to cases where the cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the reservation date. In this case, the refund will be 100%.
Between 14 and 5 days before check-in: Refund or issuance of a credit note (for use within 180 days from the cancellation date) corresponding to 50% of the contracted package value, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date or no-shows by 10:00 AM the day after check-in, without prior email notice, will not result in a refund or rescheduling of the reservation.
Important: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
