Cancellation Policies
Cancelamentos/Alteração de reservas:
Se cancelado 20 dias antes da data de chegada não será cobrada qualquer penalidade. Após este prazo será cobrado multa de 50% da hospedagem. Não inclui Reveillon onde será cobrado valor total da hospedagem.
Due to the characteristics and high demand of the New Year's period, after the legal deadline for the right of withdrawal, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
After this period:
Cancellation with a refund will not be permitted;
Changes to dates, guest names, or any other modifications to the reservation will not be accepted;
In case of cancellation, withdrawal, no-show, or early departure, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation value will be applied, with no right to a refund.
By confirming the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with this special policy for the New Year's period.
This reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours (02 days) before check in without charge. After that, 01 daily rate will be charged.
