Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a 50% prepayment of the total stay is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival/check-in.

> Payment can be made in up to 6 installments* with no interest on your credit card when the total reservation amount exceeds R$ 600.00.

> For reservations paid via bank deposit, payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not identified, the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policies

> In case of cancellation or change within 30 days before the arrival date, no fine will be charged and the change or cancellation is free.
> In case of late cancellation or change with less than 30 days to arrival or no-show (NO SHOW), 50% of the total stay/reservation will be charged as a fine.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After this period, 50% of the stay will be charged.

> In case of cancellation or change up to 14 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged; the change or cancellation is free.

> In case of late cancellation or change less than 14 days before arrival or no-show, a penalty of 50% of the total stay/reservation will be charged.

> In case of early check-out, no amount will be refunded; a fee of 100% of the total stay will be charged.
