Reservations for the period of Carnival 2018 (09/02 to 02/13/2018) and New Year 2018/2019 (December 28th 2018 to January 1st 2019), will only be confirmed upon payment of the daily toatl value up to the pre- -established. Any amount paid to the hotel will not be refunded by the hotel to the customer. The non-attendance of the guest (at the show) does not give him the right to re-value the amount already paid to the hotel, since our policy is irrevocable guarantee of no show.

Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation for reservations canceled up to 60 days in advance
On other dates:
The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
If the guest cancels within 24 hours, the amount of 01 night will be charged.
