Payment must be made at the exact time of package purchase to guarantee your reservation in the system.
The system does not consider reservations without payment and will delete them without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
LOW SEASON:
* Cancellations within 7 days of the purchase date will result in a 100% refund.
* Cancellations after 7 days of the purchase date and up to 30 days before check-in (check-in date) will receive an 80% refund.
* Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will receive a 25% refund of the reservation/package amount.
* Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
HIGH SEASON (January and July Holidays, Rodeo Festival, Motorcycle Festival, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Holidays and Events, or Group Reservations):
* Cancellations within 7 days of the purchase date and up to 45 days before check-in (check-in date) will receive an 80% refund. * Cancellations made 44 to 30 days before check-in will result in a 25% refund of the reservation/package amount.
* Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will not result in a refund.
Reservation/package cancellation requests will only be accepted if submitted in writing, with the original document signed and/or scanned, and sent via email.
