Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation during low season [March 5th to December 15th] - up to 3 days before check-in. Afterwards, 1 daily fine will be charged.
Free cancellation during high season [December 15th to March 5th] - up to 21 days before check-in. Afterwards, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
"NO SHOW" (No Show): In case of a No Show, the Hotel charges a daily rate, except during high season. In high season, full price will be charged
Cancellation free of charge during low season [March 5th to December 15th] - up to 3 days before check-in. After that, a 1-day fine will be charged. Cancellation free of charge during high season
[December 15th to March 5th] - up to 14 days before check-in. After that, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
