Full payment in advance at the time of booking via deposit or bank transfer, PIX or credit card.
In case of payment via deposit, bank transfer or PIX, proof of the transaction must be sent by email or WhatsApp within 72 hours after making the reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

After booking confirmation, if there is a cancellation, the guest must notify the Reservations Center up to 7 days before the start of their stay.
Therefore, the entire amount paid will be left as a credit to be used for future accommodation for a maximum period of 1 year after the original booked date.
Rebooking is subject to apartment availability, and there may be changes in the daily rate according to the rates in force in the new desired period.
Canceling a reservation after the deadline set out above, as well as failing to show up at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date, implies automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right to refund the amount or reschedule the date.
Early departures will not be entitled to a refund.
