In case of no-show, the entire amount paid will be retained. The booking fee will be charged and the first night will be maintained. After the end of the first night, the reservation will be cancelled.
Direct payment at check-in
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card and cash. We do not accept checks. Accepted brands: Visa, Master, American Express, Dinners and Elo.
Cancellation Policies
If cancellation is made, in relation to check in:
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in, after this period you will be charged.
• After beginning of stay or early departure: no refund
• In case of no-show, retention of the entire amount paid.
