The hotel may charge prepayment at any time after receipt of the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
New Year's Eve, January holidays and Carnival:
Free changes or cancellations up to 42 (forty-two) days before check-in; after this period, the guest will be charged 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount. The remaining amount will be converted into a letter of credit to be used for daily stays at Ecoporan, with a period of up to 6 months for rescheduling from the date of cancellation.
Changes or cancellations after 30 (thirty) days before check-in will be charged 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount. Rescheduling will not be possible.
In case of no-show (no show), 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount will be charged.
HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL DATES:
Free changes or cancellations up to 14 (fourteen) days before check-in, after this period, 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount will be charged. The remaining amount will be converted into a letter of credit to be used for daily stays at Ecoporan, with a period of up to 6 months for rescheduling from the date of cancellation.
In case of no-show, the fine will be 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount paid for the reservation.
