Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
• For end customer:
Prepayment of 50% up to 02 days after date of reservation through bank deposit/credit card;
• For carriers:
Payment billed in the rate net, to do so requires guarantee on the show. In case of conventional booking guarantee on a daily and in case of no show warranty package of 100% of the package.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation or change of booking
a. Requests for cancellation or change of reservations will only be accepted by electronic mail email to the address [email protected];
b. Cancellations occurred until 07 (seven) days after the completion of the reservations will be charged the cancellation fee, and will be reversed the full amount of the payment.
The deadline for the reversal will depend on the operation performed. If by credit card/debit card, the charge will be required by the hotel to the card carrier and this puts the credit directly on the customer's invoice, releasing the hotel from liability as the effective term of the credit. If in currency the reversal will be effected by the hotel within 15 (fifteen) days after the cancellation of the reservation, which is credited to the depositor current account.
All the values are reversed by deposit in bank account of the depositor, the delivery charges-shipping rate banking-customer/depositor arcades.
c. Cancellations occurring up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date, no fee will be charged the cancellation fee, with the amount paid will be reversed in letter of credit, real values, to be used for up to 06 (six) months following the date of cancellation. Failure to use in the corresponding period will result in a loss of the same. The letter of credit does not imply preference in the buffer, depending on the availability of the hotel.
d. Cancellations occurred in 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% (50%) of the total amount of the reservation.
e. in the event of no-show, will be charged the total corresponding to the value (s) per day (s) not used.
f. in the event of early departure will be charged the total corresponding to the value (s) per day (s) not used.
d) Cancellations occurred in 30 (thirty) days prior to the check in date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% (50%) of the total amount of the reservation.
