Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the full amount will be requested. Proof must be sent via WhatsApp (84) 99132-7773 to validate the purchase.
In case of payment by credit card in up to 12 interest-free installments, the amount may be debited at any time after booking, or at the hotel's discretion, the charge will only be charged upon arrival.
There are no refunds for this tariff policy, once the reservation has been made, cancellations or changes are not permitted.
For purchases made with a credit card, the establishment may request documentation proving ownership of the card at any time.
In some cases of online purchases with third-party cards, incomplete data, last-minute reservations, etc. The hotel may only charge you upon arrival, in person.
